The PIC stated the establishment is out of quat sanitizer and they will not receive delivery until 9/24/25. The PIC stated they will go to another store to obtain quat sanitizer for the establishment. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. A re-inspection will be conducted within 24 hours to verify quat sanitizer is available to properly sanitize utensils and equipment. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
