Observed main prep refrigerator not in good repair. Top portion was measuring at approximately 34 degrees F and bottom portion was measuring at approximately 58 degrees F. The only TCS food stored in the bottom portion had recently been prepped within the past 3 hours and was moved to alternative refrigeration. No TCS food items are to be stored in the bottom portion of the prep refrigerator until repair complete. All refrigeration units must be in good repair and able to maintain TCS food temperatures at or below 41 degrees F. Prep refrigerator is required for flow of business.
