The room is used to Fry foods. Per person in charge the area was approved with the rest of the establishment. No handwashing sink is located in the room but facing the room opening and located in the kitchen. Ensure handwashing sink is utilized. If future handwashing violations are documented a handwashing may be required to be installed.
