Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed approximately 36 inch partition in a square 10 foot by 20 foot area in the center of establishment. The partition closes off the area from customers and contains two ice cream reach in refrigerators, one with paleta ice cream. There is also an empty prep refrigerator, a prep table, an empty ice cream toppings table. Per person in charge the area will be used for ice cream preparation and over the counter service. Paletas are served by employee only. Predefined Comment: Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application prior to your next routine inspection, supporting documentation, and fees or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e).
