Inspector's notes

Observed a gallon of milk (54*F), container of liquid eggs (55*F), and bag of cheddar cheese (50*F) in the 3-door refrigerator. Person in charge (PIC) did a temperature check at 10:00 am and the temperature was below 41*F, time of inspection was approximately 2:30 pm. PIC stated the door does not stay closed at times. PIC voluntarily discarded milk and liquid egg and relocated the cheddar cheese to freezer to rapid cool - see embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
