Observed panel warping on the walls of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Wall is bowed outward with ice present inside gap of two panels. Rust is also present. Spoke with PIC and they stated that a repair ticket has been placed. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
