-- 2 of 5 hand sinks in kitchen did not have paper towels available for hand drying at the time of inspection. Reviewed MCESD requirements: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided paper towels for both handwash stations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

-- Multiple employees with fingernail polish and artificial nails observed handling exposed foods such as scooping fries and preparing beverages without wearing gloves. Reviewed MCESD requirements with the person in charge: Unless wearing intact gloves in good repair, a food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. At the time of inspection, the employees placed gloves on before continuing preparing orders. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
