-- In restroom, observed multiple cases of gloves intended to be used for food prep being stored under bottles of cleaners, detergents, and sanitizers. On storage rack near desk area, observed container of disinfectant wipes being stored above opened case of breadstick bags. No visible contamination observed. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Opened "liquid cleaner" chemical bottle stored on drain board to the sanitizer basin. The liquid cleaner bottle states it is not a sanitizer, possibly corrosive to metals, should be diluted before going into sanitary sewer, and may create Chlorine gas if mixed with ammonia or acids. PIC moved the bottle to the chemical storage rack. Please store chemicals in areas that minimize the possibility of contamination of food, food contact equipment, or food preparation areas.
