Per manager, he just recently took the role as manager and has not began working to become certified. The establishment has had difficulty retaining management staff. The manager was able to articulate food safety best practices at the time of inspection. The establishment shall have a Certified Food Protection Manager by the next routine inspection. In addition, discussed vegetable washing procedures and illness reporting requirements with the manager.

Observed multiple hand sinks throughout establishment without hand soap and/or paper towels. Per person in charge, the establishment is currently out of stock. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge contacted nearby location to obtain extra soap and paper towels. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. *Reinspection will occur on, or before Friday November 15th.
