Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed debris and tiles removed from ceiling in the cooking area where the stoves are placed and the walk-in is located/possible remodel taking place. Staff said the drink station area was moved from there and replaced with the serving booth. It is unclear what other changes have occured. If a remodel has taken place, be sure to submit remodel plans within 5 business days to MCESD.
