In the walk in cooler observed a small tray of cooked lasagna, a container of red sauce, and a small container of chicken stock with no date mark. In the salad station refrigerator observed a container of cooked artichokes with no date mark. After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the lasagna, red sauce, chicken stock, and artichokes were prepared or removed from their original container on 9/14/25.
