In the dishwashing area, observed an employee go from scrubbing dirty dishes to putting away clean dishes without washing their hands in between. Employee was corrected and dishes were rewashed. When using the dishwashing machine, employees must wash their hands when going from dirty dishes to clean dishes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
