Observed bleach sanitizer in the three compartment sink with a concentration of 200ppm when tested with a test strip. Sanitizer must have a chlorine concentration of 50-100ppm for food contact surfaces to prevent chemical toxicity. Discussed using test strips when making sanitizer compartment. Sanitizer was diluted with water to 100ppm at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
