Observed blenders used for dairy based smoothies, stored with food debris in front of establishment next to prep sink. According to PIC, blenders are rinsed in between each use with only water and washed with soap once a day. Provided proper training to employee to ensure all food contact surfaces used for TCS foods are washed, rinsed and sanitized at a minimum of 4 hours using sanitizer within proper levels.
