Observed dishwasher in the bar area dispensing 0 ppm of chlorine sanitizer. All mechanical dishwashers must dispense 50-100ppm of chlorine sanitizer to ensure proper sanitization of food contact surfaces. No chlorine sanitizer for the machine was available onsite. All dishes will be redirected to the three compartment sink until dishwasher dispenses sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
