Inspector's notes
Observed vanilla cold brew coffee in dispensing machine to be turned off with an internal temp of 73*F. Person in charge stated that the machine gets ice build up and is turned off one a week to defrost. Extra cold brew coffee was stored in walk in fridge. Suggested to remove coffee to store in walk in when machine gets defrosted. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed floor drain under three comp sink to drain very slowly causing water to pool around floor drain. Observed chemical dispenser for three comp sink to leak water when turned on. Observed pipes leading to floor drain under three comp sink to not have a 2 inch air gap as well as pipe leading to floor drain between soda dispenser and reach in fridge. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
