Inspector's notes

Observed chlorine dispensing above 200 PPM from the automatic dispenser at the three-compartment sink. Alerted manager who plans to dilute the sanitizer with water, and test each time the sanitizer is used, until the automatic dispenser is adjusted to the correct concentration (50-100 PPM). Discussed toxicity concerns with using sanitizers above their intended concentrations of use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
