Another employee observed taking customer orders at from counter then proceeded to grab a paper liner, lined a to-go boxes and grabbed tongs to make customers orders. Advised employees that they must wash hands after switching tasks or engaging in any activity that may contaminate hands to prevent cross contamination or food and/or equipment. Employees were observed properly washing hands at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
