Observed the handwashing sink by the 3-compartment sink blocked by plastic soda containers along with a bucket and towels in the sink. Person in charge removed everything from the sink and moved all of the plastic containers to gain access to the sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 2 racks and two zones (2 and 3; 1 and 2) with no timers started. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per PIC after 1 hour the pizzas get put in the oven. PIC put all pizzas from rack one and zone 2 in the oven. The other pizzas were recently prepared. PIC started timers for all zones on rack.==========If utilizing 4 hours and no temperature control: The food has to be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point the TCS food was removed from temperature control.
