Observed a container made for Talenti gelato stored above 3-component sink labeled "acid" with a yellow liquid inside. Employee on-site was unfamiliar with what was inside container. When manager was called, manager explained that it was acid used to clean the toilet and the original container was no longer on the premises. Explained to manager that hazardous materials and toxic substances shall bear a legible label with information regarding the identity of the material as well as its manufacturer for safety reasons. Container was labeled. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
