Employee handled personal phone, then went to place tags onto pans of food in the hot holding cabinet without changing gloves and washing hands. Same employee handled phone again and went to handle a clean pan to place out for the fries without washing hands. Employee was asked to wash hands and did so. Ensure that employees wash hands after engaging in activities that may contaminate hands and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
