Observed handwashing sink in the bar area the hot water not reaching at least 100°F with thermometer. Discussed with PIC that Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Maintenance was called out to fix the issue of hot water of the handwashing sink onsite. 5-202.12 (A) - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Sinks, Installation. Proper temperature, Mixing Faucet. Observed no soap available at the handwashing sink. Observed that the battery dispenser battery was dead and that the soap bottle inside was also empty. Person in charge promptly replaced the batteries in the unit and filled it with a new soap bottle. Discussed with person in charge to ensure that handwashing sinks are adequately supplied at all times. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a bar gun beverage dispenser that had some black organic growth on the inside of the nozzle and dispenser. Discussed with person in charge to ensure that all soda nozzles are cleaned daily. Nozzles were removed to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
