Provide an NSF approved prep sink with hot and cold water. Indirectly connected to floor drain with 1 inch air gap above finished floor. 2. Relocate ice machine so that it is within 25 feet of hand wash sink. Ice machine must be indirectly connected to drain to floor sink with 1 inch air gap. 3. Provide FRP on wall surrounding mop sink. Reseal junctures. 4. Provide FRP on walls behind prep sink, hand sink and three compartment sink. 5. Homestyle fridge in dry storage room must be marked employee only. 6. Ceiling tiles above food storage in dry storage area must be vinyl washable kind. 7.
