Other handwashing sink is working properly. Person in charge states they will get the sink fixed as soon as possible. Discussed the importance of having all handwashing sinks operating/working/draining properly to promote proper handwashing. Reinspection will be conducted within 10 days. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage>>>Observed both hand sinks unable to drain; observed pooled water in the hand sink. Establishment does not have a sufficient number of hand sinks due to the sinks inability to convey sewage. Establishment must fix the drains so that sewage can be conveyed and the sinks can be used for hand washing. The wash compartment of the 3 compartment sink was converted into a temporary hand sink and the establishment is using the rinse and sanitizer compartment to wash, rinse, and sanitize.
