Per PIC, improperly hot held foods were verified to have reached proper reheating temperature prior to being placed in unit within the last 4 hours. Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly hot held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved.Permit issued Eating and Drinking 0-9 Seating Class IIThis establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Checks and money orders are also accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail. Pre-final walk trough with the superintendent. the following items were discussed:1). Mop sink will be caulked at the floor and wall juncture. Make sure to provide a flush beveled -away from the wall bead of caulk at the top. Cut back cleanout cover so it remains removable.2). The drain pan drain of the water heater will be brought through the platform, run along the back wall and bring forward clearing the mop sink edge and install an elbow down and provide an inch air gap. Properly brace.3). There are some grout holes around the floor sinks and at the top of the grout line between the base tiles. Please finish out.4). The coffee / tea brewer will require a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream. Make sure to install with a debris screen if there is no filter. Flush line so debris does not end up in the valve causing it to leak.5). Ice machine drains will be installed for all ice machines. Where possible mount to the ice machines so they can be pulled forward for cleaning.6). Remove magnets from the drive through windows so they are fully self closing.7). Where window sills, FRP trims stand open at junctures, caulk, in restroom and where visible.8). After cleaning all sinks, plumbing fixtures will be caulked in at the top and (WC at floor) junctures.9). Caulk the gap between the walk-in base flashing and the base tile under the three compartment sink.10). Side door will receive a self closer and threshold and will be insect tight.11). Restroom door will need a self closer.12). If you can find the cam hole plug please install or fill the hole with white caulk.At time of final inspection please make sure:1). You have hot water.2). List is complete.3) All equipment is in and refrigeration equipment is holding temperature.4). Plumbing phase walk trough with the superintendent. Walls are being closed up and finished out. Floor is being tiled.The following items were discussed:1). Food prep sink drain will be led to the floor sink under the three compartment sink.2). An extra floor sink is located next to the mop sink. If not used we can install a expandable plug in the opening or use it for cleaning the floor.3). Both beverage machines on the counter will receive a dual check valve that will need to meet plumbing standard ASSE 1022 on the water supply line.Noted restroom is connected to the hot water and there is a loop.Water connections are in place for filter system.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site.
