Observed 4 cartons of raw in-shell eggs stored on top of packages of cheese and above bottles of beer in facility walk-in. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. Person-in-charge (PIC) properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. Observed packaged Senor Chelada chili cups on shelf below Raid and ant bait stations for sale. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored and displayed for retail sale so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, and single-service and single-use articles. Chili cups were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-209.11 - Core: Storage-Other Personal Care Items Addl Notes: Observed multiple contained employee meals stored on top of boxes of alcohol in facility walk-in. Observed open can of Red Bull stored in between closed beverages for sale in walk-in. PIC discarded open employee beverage at time of inspection. Employee belongings shall be stored in a designated area and in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, or utensils. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Per PIC, strawberry milk was sent in error by vendor as it was sold past the discard date (January 2025). PIC relocated strawberry milk to area designated for returned merchandise. Products that are held for credit, redemption, or to be returned to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
