Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Inspection report e-mailed. Re-inspection for water temperature at hand washing sink is tentatively scheduled for 7/17/26.Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Per PIC, establishment installed a combi-style oven the previous week to replace an oven that did not have a permanent water connection. The unit's water line has a water filter with a double check valve assembly (DCA) installed in a vertical orientation. Please install an ASSE 1013 reduced pressure principle zone assembly (RPZ) with a rigid drain line and 1" air gap leading to a floor sink in a horizontal orientation and placed at least 12 inches higher than that floor drain. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e). Applications with supporting documentation can be submitted via the customer portal "Permit Center" online at maricopacountyaz-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/selfservice#/home

Inspector's notes

Maximum water temperature at hand washing sink closest to 3-compartment sink with low water pressure and flow rate was measured at 82 degrees Fahrenheit with probe thermometer. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection is tentatively scheduled for 7/17/26.

RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1).
