Observed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the dish machine located in the back of house. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure dishes are properly sanitized. The machine was primed twice and did not test. The 3-compartment sink was set up to be used in the meantime. In person reinspection will be on Tuesday, March 31st. Discussed increasing the frequency of sanitizer testing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 2nd consecutive repeat.
