At in use 3-compartment sink, dishware soaking in quat sanitizer solution with a concentration of 0ppm. Manager re-made quat sanitizer solution to the manufacture concentration of 150-200ppm and re-sanitized dishware. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using quaternary ammonia are to be sanitized with a contact time according to manufacturers specifications. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
