Observed no analog/digital thermometers in the lowboy coolers throughout the establishment. Establishment possesses a probing thermometer. Cold holding equipment used for time/temperature control for safety food (TCS) shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device (thermometer) that is located to allow easy viewing of the device's temperature display. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
