Also observed sunlight peering through backdoor exit for dry storage area and ammonia tank holding room. Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: • Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; • Closed, tight-fitting windows; and • Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors Repair prior to the next routine inspection. -- Observed 2 floor drains in ice bagging room slow to drain melted ice/water. Ran multiple plumbing fixtures in facility for several minutes to verify no active sewage overflow was present at the time of inspection. Condensate drainage and other liquids and rainwater that are not SEWAGE must be drained safely from their point of discharge to an approved disposal system according to law. Discussed with PIC removing debris inside drain to help facilitate quicker drainage. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
