Observed water lines from soda machine emptying into floor drain and floor drain backing up onto floor. Water was turned off and the drain went down. All drains must be maintained and in good repair so that water flow does not cause a backup. Please repair slow drain within 24 hours and keep soda machine turned off until drain is repaired. A re-inspection will be conducted on 5/13/26. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.

Observed meatballs in the steam table with internal temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Employee reheated to 165 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Per PIC, steam table has been giving them problems. Discussed checking temperature again in an hour to see if steam table is operating normally. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
