Inspector's notes

Observed at the mop sink the cold handle is on the left and and hot is on the right. Please switch the cold to the right and the hot handle to the left prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed ice building on the pipes leading to the ice production box. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed employee touch hair and head set with bare hands, put on gloves, and then proceed handle ice blocks to make shaved ice cups for a customer. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observe missing sliding door for the laundry enclosure, repair the drive through window so that it is self closing or provide an air curtain, replace missing closure panel above the walk-cooler. An access door can be installed, wrap the exposed wood in the walk-cooler with stainless steel, repair/replace the rusted ice production box, address the rusted flooring under the ice production box.

Inspector's notes

Observed men's and women's restroom vents covered in dust. Intake and exhaust air ducts must be cleaned, and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
