SECOND consecutive. Observed damp cloths in stainless steel buckets. Employee stated the cloths are use to clean up spills as they happen. Reeducated staff on proper storage of wiping cloths. Set up the steel bucket with sanitizer to make a proper wiping bucket, at time of inspection. Wiping buckets, where cloths are sanitized IN sanitizer solution after each use, are to be used to disinfect cloths used for cleaning. Wiping buckets are to house one cloth at a time and be changed as needed or at least every 4 hours. Discussed the importance of reaching the recommended range as too little sanitizer may not disinfect the wiping cloth effectively. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Provide the certified, stainless steel RPZ backflow prevention device already on site, for the water supply line that will feed the patio mister system when it is installed.This establishment has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the issuance of this permit and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the permit fee to the Department’s Business Services Office. Per Chapter I, Regulation 4, of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, no person shall conduct an operation or an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Payment with a credit card can be made in person, by US Mail, by or phone at 602-506-6824 Option 2. We accept cash, check, money order, credit/debit. Provide a certified, stainless steel backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the mister system.4. Provide certified, RPZ backflow prevention devices for all water lines feeding blender systems installed in sinks or countertops.5.
