Final Construction inspection conducted with owner, Anji. Construction completed and approved. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to AnjiCorrect following items: 1. All handwash stations are to be at 100^F tempered water. Currently 84^F. Ajust mixing water valve to a minimum 100^F2. Repair leak at the hot water heater drainage line and at the three compartment sink3. Drainage line for the filter system to drain to a floor sink, not the food prep sink4. Install all equipment, for example, the coffee and juicer, shelving in walk in cooler5. Provide ASSE 1022 dual check valve for the coffee maker. Remove NR3XL residential reducing valve on the coffee maker water line6. Provide splash guards on the cook line handwash station or 2 feet spatial barrier7. Seal all cracks, crevices and penetrations, ie missing cleanout covers, seal around drainage lines into the wall or provide , missing escutcheon rings8. Remove water line on the back wall of the customer service area9.
