Observed red potatoes at steam table at 127-134*F. Hot hold of food to be at 135*F or greater. As per the person in charge the potates are heated in small amount and these were prepared around 1:00pm. Red potatoes were reheated and returned to steam table. Advised staff to verify food temperatures using their metal stem thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Second consecutive violation
