Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved.Permit issued Eating and Drinking 10+ Seating Class IV.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Checks and money orders are also accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail. For further instructions on mail in payments please refer to the printed invoice.Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Pre-final walk through conducted with the superintendent. The following items will be addressed before the final:1). Dishwasher hood will be caulked the wall junctures.2). Please install the missing beverage machines and make sure that they have dual check valves in line that meet plumbing standard ASSE 1022.3). Please fill in the cam holes in the beer cooler where missing.4). Please finish out the chase lines for beer and soda where there are no caps. In kitchen, and bar.5). Please make sure that the bathroom exhaust fan is running.6). Bathroom counters will be in and plumbed in, make sure that escutcheons are installed at the drain lines.7). Wall caps will be installed at the bar entrance.8). Please see if you can finish out the oil recovery line wall opening under the hood.9). Mop sink hose needs to be installed or remove cleaning agent bottles. 10). Please finish out the floor drain(s) in the restroom.11). Painting will be finished up in the restroom and hand wash sink caulked in.At time of final inspection please make sure you have all refrigeration equipment on and holding temperature.No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed inspection report

First walk through of the Cold beer and Burgers with the superintendent. The following items were discussed:1). Micro switches will be installed for the fly fans in front of the sectional windows at the bar.2). The plans call out for reduced pressure zone backflow valves for:a). The watersoftener.*b). The soda system water connection.c). The mister system.d). The ice machine.3). the other non carbonated beverage machines will be receive a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream, water will be filtered.4). The water softener will be spaced way form the wall so you can clean behind it.5). At the bar, please install plumbing so you accommodate for cleaning. Run waste lines high and run to the back wall and then over to the floor sink, then forward and keep an air gap and gravity flow.6). Separate water line at the mop sink is in place for future chemical dispensers.No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed to superintendent
