The owner is painting and decorating the facility.The establishment will have Just Catering caters hot foods to their facility. The facility will provide breakfast cereals, snacks and cold food for lunch.There is one small countertop microwave. Per owner, they may add convection ovens later as needed. Informed owner that adding equipment after permit issuing may require a remodel permit.Manager is a certified food protection manager.
