Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. There is currently a double check valve assembly device installed, not an RPZ device. This device must also have a funnel drain assembly beneath the vent that empties into the nearby floor sink with a hard pipe drain pipe.2. Repair the very low hot water pressure at the front hand sink.3. There is an open sewer pipe behind the soda fountain. Properly cap off an seal this sewer pipe with a proper metal or plastic screw on cap.4. The condensate from the walk-in refrigerator is now draining into a flex line end piece. Replace the flex line with hard pipe such as PVC or metal.5. Properly repair the hole in the wall around the pizza oven gas pipe near the walk-in refrigerator with a metal or FRP patch that is sealed around the pipe. Do not use plastic and caulk as was the case.6. Remove the unused water line on the wall to the right and above the front hand sink.

The front hand sink does not have hot water available and the back hand sink only has very hot water available. Repair both hand sinks to have hot and cold water available or tempered water of 100°F-108°F.2. Repair the leaking drain pipe in the front hand sink.3. The old soda fountain must be removed or properly connected with a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device and separate drain pipes for the ice bin and soda waste that each empty into a floor sink with minimum 1 in. air-gaps.4. The two right compartments of the three compartment sink are directly connected to the sewer. These compartments must be re-piped to drain indirectly to the floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink. Also, properly cap off and seal the old direct sewer connection.5. There is a floor sink inside the walk-in unit where the walk-in condensate drains. The floor sink inside the walk-in refrigerator must be plugged and sealed and the condensate drain line must be rerouted to empty into the floor sink on the outside of the unit with a a minimum 1 in. air-gap.6. The atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink faucet is broken and leaking. Replace the broken and leaking atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink. 7. Repair the exhaust fans in each of the restrooms.8. Remove all the tape from all of the FRP panel molding pieces. There is currently tape on almost every piece of molding between the FRP panels.9. Clean, caulk and seal the space between the mop sink basin and the wall behind it.10. Replace the broken and missing door seals for each door of the walk-in refrigerator.11. Replace any missing or broken floor tiles in the kitchen floor.
