Observed ice scoops stored on cardboard boxes for ice bags. Ice scoops are to be stored on a regularly cleaned or easily cleanable surfaces between use. Advised staff to place in ice bucket. Ice scoops were washed, rinsed, and sanitized and placed into buckets. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
