Food processor, class 4OC inspection was conducted with the owner, Taylor H. The establishment makes charcuterie boards by order and sell directly to the consumers. Owner is a certified food protection manager.Reviewed labels requirements, transportation vehicle, transportation containers with owner.Permit is approved.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Emailed the report to the owner.This establishment has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit.
