Replace or provide a new door sweep. 4)Repair the walk-in unit/door transition. 5)Ensure 1-inch air gaps off drain lines. 6)Repair damaged walls and seal gaps at equipment/wall junctures. 7)Provide washable ceiling tiles above the soda tower. 8)Repair/replace damage tiles at soda cabinet. 9)Provide a funnel drain under the RPZ backflow preventer inside the soda cabinet. 10)Service the grease trap. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: 1. The ceiling in the women's restroom is water damaged, cracked and sagging severely. The sagging ceiling is being caused by the water heater above that is not properly installed and supported. This has caused the metal framing underneath the water heater to become crushed, bent and unstable. Properly secure and provide adequiate support for the water heater above the women's restroom then repair and properly finished the damaged ceiling to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
