Observed no sanitizer on site at the time of inspection. Per PIC, blender used the previous day and day of inspection to make a milkshake with TCS milk has not been washed with soap or sanitized with sanitizer. All food-contact surfaces that contact TCS foods must be cleaned every 4 hours by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. PIC was instructed to wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces coming in contact with TCS food every 4 hours. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
