OC re-inspection for a Class 3 10+ E&D permit was conducted with manager Christina J. without an appointment. The establishment was open and operating at time of inspection. Please address the following items prior to the next OC re-inspection: 1) Provide an ASSE 1015 double check backflow preventer upstream of the proofer oven. Certify and provide a test report. 2) Repair the mop sink faucet to stop the faucet from leaking while shutoff. 3) Relocate the dumpster and oil container at least 25 feet from the back exterior door or install an air curtain with a micro-switch.4) Provide a self-closure device to the back exterior door. 5) Provide a door sweep to the back exterior door and cover the old door handle holes at the back door. 6) Provide a left splash guard at the front service counter handwash sink. Ensure the splash guard matches the top height of the handwash sink. 7) Replace or refinish the rusted shelving units throughout the kitchen, as needed. 8) Flash off the gap between the walk-in cooler unit9) Provide a 3/8 inch minimum cove to the exterior of the walk-in cooler units and at the front service area. Provide metal cove base at the walk-in cooler. 10) Provide missing cleanout covers throughout the facility, as needed. 11) Refinish the rusted interior areas of the walk-in freezer unit. 12) Caulk-in all escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations throughout the facility. 13) Fill all wall holes throughout the facility with silicone. Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection. Additional fees will be assessed for any additional follow-up plan review inspections.MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
