Observed raw frozen beef bones in imprinted grocery bags in the walk-in freezer at time of inspection. Employees removed raw beef bones and placed in clear plastic bags back in freezer. Use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) is not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances.
