Most items noted in the previous report had been addressed.Please address the following items prior to the re-inspection on 7/9/24:1. Noted there is standing water inside the floor sink under the dishwasher in the bar, foul odor was coming off the area. The floor sink is at the P-trap level so not preventing sewer smell from coming into the facility. Please address the issue by either raising the existing floor sink about 2 inches off the floor, replace the existing 12-inch-deep floor sink with a 6-inch one to address this issue.2. Noted the door leading to dumpster area is missing weather stripping. A separate permit is required for this operation. An additional permit will be requested.Please address all items noted in the report before the re-inspection on 6/6/24:1. Provide rigid drainpipe for the drain from the kegerator. PVC or metal is acceptable. Ensure there is minimum 1” air gap from the finished grade and end of the drainpipe. 2. Provide strainer inside floor sink where missing.3. The juice machine does not have a backflow preventer at the water connection point of the machine. Per manager, the establishment is removing the equipment off the premise. 4. Provide washable ceiling tiles inside the employee's restroom. Acoustic ceiling tiles are not acceptable.5. Noted labels on the grab and go items were not provided with all necessary requirement.
