Noted employee was cashiering, then started washing the pump and its container, touch hair, use cloth to wipe the pump dry, go back to cashiering again without washing hands in between these actions without washing hands. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Another staff is touching ordering screen, countertop, touch hair then made an ice water cup for customer. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Follow up for hot water in restrooms and ice machine room's hand sink. Hot water was measured at 76-78*F at the time of inspection. Notified Starbucks manager. Per manager, hot water is fixed and staff do not use Macy's restrooms but the mall. Scheduled for site meeting tomorrow.Noted the mop sink faucet is replaced but holes on walls and ceiling are not sealed. Provide washable ceiling tiles above the mop sink, patch holes on the walls, then paint with several coats of semi-gloss paint.
