On drain boards of 3-compartment sink and prep sink a pan of raw shrimp and pan of cooked meat were observed thawing in ambient temperature water. Brought to attention of person in charge who instructed kitchen staff to move under running water. All foods being thawed from frozen must be thawed in an approved manner. Foods must be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
