The establishment is open and operating.Three kitchen managers are certified food protection managers.Permit is approved. Please address the items in the report prior to the next re-inspection on 6/25/24:1. Provide sanitizer check list for the dishwasher to ensure the equipment is dispensing proper amount of sanitizer prior to using the equipment. Maintain logs on file for inspection purpose.2. Provide cleaning check list for food service area. 3. All drainpipes must be at least 6 inches off the floor to allow room for moping and sweeping, indirectly discharge to the nearest floor sink with minimum 1" air gap from the finished floor / flood rim to the end of the drainpipe. Recommend anchoring the pipes to the wall with metal brackets to prevent sagging from operational uses. Also, some of the chemical dispensers inside the facility do not have internal built in air gap (only flex gap). Please replace flex gap with built in air gap.
