The establishment is open and operating.Three kitchen managers are certified food protection managers.Permit is approved. Please address the items in the report prior to the next re-inspection on 6/25/24:1. Provide sanitizer check list for the dishwasher to ensure the equipment is dispensing proper amount of sanitizer prior to using the equipment. Maintain logs on file for inspection purpose.2. Provide cleaning check list for food service area. 3. Check list must be filled by employees and check by manager daily.4. Caulk and seal all gaps, cracks and penetrations throughout. This includes under the hood, inside walk-in units, around pipe penetrations, walls, etc.5. Exterior doors must have door sweep/ weather stripping.6. Provide additional lighting inside the server’s area. Lighting must be at least 50-foot candle.7. Provide stand for the soda fountain carbonator. Stand must be at least 6 inches from the floor.8.
